Free showers available from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, shampoo, soap, and towel are all provided. Laundry is available at no cost from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00pm Monday to Friday, soap is provided.

Tuesday and Thursday between 12:00p.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the Community and Family Services area. Food is donated by local businesses. Come and have lunch with us and get some fresh food to.

Bag lunches are provided free of charge daily to Cranbrook Schools. Please contact your child’s school if needed.

The Cranbrook Community Food Bank provides food hampers to individuals in the Cranbrook area. They are located at 1624 Industrial Road 2 and they can be contacted at 250-426-7664. Please visit the Community Ministries Office to learn more.

During ‘Tax Season’ tax returns are completed at the mental Health Office here in Cranbrook.
