Laundry facilities and showers
Free showers available Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 12:00PM. Shampoo, soap, and towel will be provided. Laundry is available at no cost from 8:00AM to 12:00PM Monday to Friday and we provide soap.
Fresh food giveaway
Tuesday and Thursday between 12:00PM to 2:00PM in the Community and Family Services area. Food is donated by local businesses. Come and have lunch with us and get some fresh food too.
Lunch
Free Lunch Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Soup, sandwich or other hot meal is provided. Menu changes daily.
School lunches
Bag lunches are provided free of charge daily to Cranbrook Schools. Please contact your child’s school if needed.
Contains sandwich, fruit, and snack item.
Supper
Join us for food and fellowship Wednesdays at 5:00 p.m. Entrée, salad, vegetables and dessert all free of charge.
Voucher program
For those in need of clothing and small household items. Please visit the Community and Family Services Office.

Mouth minders dental clinic
Free pain reduction, infection control and extraction services for eligible low income persons.

Christmas hampers
Christmas time can be hard for families struggling to pay for the extra food, gifts and every extra cost associated with this time of year.
With the hope to deliver holiday cheer to vulnerable families in our community we provide households with food hampers and gifts for children.
Registration is required for this program, look out for more information in November regarding registration.
